About Johnny
Johnny Lawrence is a British behavioural change coach and the founder of the self-development coach. He works one-on-one with clients to help them achieve shifts and changes that once felt unattainable. By encouraging clients to pay close attention to their emotions, Johnny aims to help them realise that our thoughts shape our emotions, our emotions influence our behaviour, and our behaviour ultimately defines who we are.
Having faced a challenging start to life, Johnny witnessed domestic abuse and survived childhood physical violence. These formative experiences and his education have endowed him with a heightened sense of emotional intelligence. This allows him to empower someone to identify the root of their problems, enabling them to find solutions, clarify decisions, and move forward in life by achieving what he refers to as emotional freedom.
In addition to his coaching, Johnny is a writer who regularly contributes articles on emotional topics. He is also a sought-after speaker, delivering impactful talks at various businesses, festivals, events, and educational institutions. Furthermore, he hosts the popular podcast "The Self Development Podcast," where he engages with industry specialists and individuals who have overcome life-changing events.
